Firearms as well as several other items we may sell on our website when used improperly could be dangerous. By purchasing an item through our system you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose.

 

YOU are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it.

 

YOU are responsible for checking all local and state laws before ordering or using an item from www.pointblankweapons.com or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.

 

YOU are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area.

 

YOU must notify us immediately should you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered.

 

YOU are responsible for payment for all orders placed through this online store. If you are not sure if you want something - do not order it.

 

YOU must be of legal age to own any items you order.

 

YOU must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ANY item from www.PointBlankWeapons.com. Point Blank Weapons may request a copy of your state identification before shipping your order.

 

YOU must provide a valid contact phone number with any order placed. Point Blank Weapons may contact you at the provided phone number before processing any order.

 

If purchasing a firearm you must be making the purchase for yourself and NOT anyone else.

 

If purchasing a firearm, the firearm will need to be shipped to a FFL dealer in your area and you must make arrangements to complete the appropriate paperwork before possession of the firearm can take place.  It is your responsibility to make the arrangements with the FFL dealer and the FFL dealer may charge a convenience fee for the transaction.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEES

 

We take great pride and devote time and dedication to preparing your order in a timely manner. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate you will be charged 15% restocking fee if you decide to cancel order or substitute products. Adding items to an existing order will not be charged any additional fee. By placing an order or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 15% restocking fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but this change was made in order to keep our prices low for our customers.

 

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY (Guaranteeing you will get the item)

 

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it within a short time period. We will honor the first funded order. If we run out of stock we will notify you of the backorder.  If you choose to cancel or change your order due to a backorder you will not be charged a restocking fee at this time.  If you decide to not wait for the backorder or decide not to change your order Point Blank Weapons will at this time refund your money. 

 

Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your personal check or mail you a refund check. 

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

 

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.  If Point Blank Weapons notifies you of an error on our website that effects your order and you decide then to change or cancel your order you will NOT be charged a restocking fee.

If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that www.pointblankweapons.com  will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
