NON-FIREARMS Returns will ONLY be accepted for merchandise that is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.  Contact info@pointblankweapons.com if you feel your merchandise is defective upon receipt.

PLEASE READ - FIREARM RETURNS  !!  It is your responsibility to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired, it is still considered USED and we will be unable to provide a refund.  We will NOT reimburse a FFL transfer fee or shipping on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection.  However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair(in accordance with manufacturers warranty policy).  Contact info@pointblankweapons.com with any questions regarding a manufacturer defect.
